The hotel had fine design and lots of character, making it a unique experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The location was unbeatable, with major attractions and sights just a short walk away.

The cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired. We found hair in the shower and there was a constant issue with the sink, causing water to spill onto the floor.

The hotel's location is perfect, right in the center and just a short distance from the famous St Stephan cathedral and the shopping area. I loved the fact that despite being so centrally located, the rooms were completely isolated from all the noise and hustle and bustle. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the modern facilities provided a great level of comfort. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including a continental meal and an oriental-themed menu.

It was just a short walk to St Stephan cathedral and surrounded by designer shops and lovely restaurants. The staff were amazing, leaving a treat in the room for my partner's birthday. The rooms were beautiful and the hotel had a unique charm. The breakfast was excellent, served with a spread of food and a choice of drinks. The location and service made our stay memorable.
